Even though those pesky weekends tend to set me back a couple of pounds, I have been consistently losing about a pound a week. This morning I was thinking, "I can do better than that!" ....and I probably can, but then I remembered what a pound of fat actually looks like! If THAT ^ is what a pound of fat is, I should be totally celebrating a pound or even a half pound loss instead of getting down on myself. Besides, this is something that I am going to stick with. So the next time you think that your one pound weight loss isn't enough, give yourself a pat on the back instead. You did great!
