....how you torture me! I know I've blogged about this issue before, but the weekends are so incredibly difficult for me. I can eat perfectly Monday-Friday, but once I wake up Saturday morning, I am in "celebration" mode. I usually end up gaining back a pound or more that I had lost the week before. So now I am back on damage control this week. I'm thankfully on my way back down, but it irritates me so badly to know that I could be losing even more if I didn't always sabotage myself on the weekends. Oh, weekends...
